$100K will fund second year of NDSU development program

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration has provided $100,000 for economic development throughout North Dakota.

The program aims to spur productivity, innovation and entrepreneurship to aid long-term competitiveness and diversification in the state, according to a release from Sen. Heidi Heitkamp’s office.

The money will fund the second year of a five-year economic development program from North Dakota State University, according to the release.
