16-year-old brings gun to Dickinson homecoming
For bringing a firearm to a Dickinson school homecoming Friday, a 16-year-old male has been cited into juvenile court, the Dickinson Police Department confirmed Saturday morning.
Limited information was available Saturday, however police said the juvenile was cited for terrorizing related to brandishing the firearm on school grounds.
A news tip to The Press alleged that the incident occurred during the homecoming dance Friday night at Dickinson High School. Police did not say what kind of weapon was brought or whether it was fired.
School officials were unavailable for comment Saturday.
