Two people were injured Friday afternoon in a head-on collision on Highway 23 in McKenzie County.

He veered into the westbound lane of traffic, striking Wyoming woman Tina Crow’s Chevy Silverado.

Crow, 24, went into the ditch and was pinned in her vehicle until she was extricated by responders. Both Crow and Arechigo were transported by ambulance to Trinity Hospital in Minot.

The accident shut down the highway for several hours.
