2nd-period surge lifts Stars over DHS


The lone dark spot for the Dickinson High boys hockey team lasted for 2 minutes in the second period.

Hazen-Beulah scored three goals in a matter of 2 minutes early in the second to help defeat Dickinson 5-2 in a West Region game on Saturday at the Dickinson Recreation Center.

"That's the thing about having a young team," Dickinson head coach Tom Folske said. "We've got to put together three periods of hockey.
