Travelers were backed up for miles north of Dickinson on Highway 22 Friday morning after a woman trying to pass two vehicles caused a collision, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The incident was among a number of major accidents to plague southwest North Dakota on a sunny Friday.

Though two vehicles were totaled in the Highway 22 incident, injuries were minor.
