Agencies offer assistance to storm victims

WATFORD CITY — The American Red Cross is opening a multi-agency resource center from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the Watford City Civic Center for residents affected by Monday night’s tornado.

Organizations participating include McKenzie County Emergency Management, the Salvation Army and the Bakken Oil Rush Ministry. Residents affected by the storm are encouraged to attend and learn about the resources available to them.

The Red Cross has closed its shelter at the Civic Center.
