Bismarck man sentenced in child pornography case
A Bismarck man will serve 15 years in a federal prison for receipt of child pornography, according to a press release.
Steve Paul, 59, pleaded guilty to the charge Oct. 23. Judge Danial Hovland ordered the mandatory minimum sentence to be followed by 20 years of supervised release. Paul is also required to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
