ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. -- With only one qualified ride, Killdeer's Riley Blankenship continues to drop in the bull riding standings.

Blankenship, who lead after his 79-point ride on Sunday morning's performance, is in sixth place after Friday's performance during the National High School Finals Rodeo.

The cowboy from Killdeer is set to ride this morning's performance for his second ride.

During the Friday evening's performance, Hayes LeMieux of Manning and Seth Indergard of Sidney, Mont., finished 10th in team roping at 17.17 seconds.

With a second performance ride of 3.28 seconds in breakaway roping, Sam Jorgenson of Watford City is currently in 18th place with a combined time of 7.43 seconds.

In pole bending, Beulah's Leah Voigt is currently in 24st place at 41.56 seconds. Killdeer's Lakken Bice finished 23rd in the performance on Friday morning, but couldn't break into the top 25 average.

Saige Feilmeier of Watford City scored 140 points in her second round of cutting and she's currently in a tie for 16th with Rachel Hendrix of Fallon, Nev., each having a combined total of 280 points.

Lacey Grann of Sheyenne, who is the younger sister of Lacey Grann a standout for the Dickinson State women's rodeo team, took 18th in Friday evening's goat tying performance at 13.07 seconds.
