BLM Dakota’s Resource Advisory Council to meet Wednesday in Bowman
The Bureau of Land Management Dakotas Resource Advisory Council will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 at the Bowman city office building with a public comment period to follow from 11 a.m. to noon.
People interested in making oral presentations or filing written statements for the council to consider are invited to attend. Topics to be discussed include advisory council member briefings to the BLM, North Dakota and South Dakota Field Office updates, North Dakota U.S. Forest Service recreation fees and other ongoing resource management issues the council may raise.
The purpose of the advisory council is to advise the Secretary of the Interior, through the BLM, on a variety of issues associated with public land management.
