Bulldogs beat Wolves for Roughrider title

KILLDEER — For the third-straight year, Watford City and Bowman County met in the championship game of the Roughrider tournament.

This year, both teams made the game quite the spectacle.

The Bulldogs used an 18-point performance from Kaylee Heinrich to beat the Wolves 51-45 for the first time in three years on Friday night — a win head coach Pam Fisher felt was long overdue.
