Dickinson Police Department officers help a man from his car that was driven into a ravine next to the Tiger Discount parking lot and stuck in about a foot of mud and water at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The driver was injured and police are investigating the accident as possible drunk driving, Hanel said. Dan Pierce of Dickinson called the incident in to police. He was driving east on Interstate 94 and noticed something in the ditch so he pulled into Tiger to check it out and saw the car and driver, he said, adding it was difficult to see. Pierce nor the police knew how long the driver had been there. There were no passengers and the driver's name was not available at press time.
