Company, employees involved in Quebec railway crash charged
TORONTO — Canadian authorities on Monday charged Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway Ltd. and three employees with criminal negligence following last summer’s train derailment in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, that killed 47 people.
