Conrad also discussed the importance of St. Joe's critical access status before departing the hospital for Roughrider Electric Cooperative Inc., where he planned to talk about balancing oil production and environmental needs. While in North Dakota this week, Conrad will stop in Bismarck, Minot, Williston, Dickinson, Grand Forks, Jamestown and Fargo.
