Dickinson High School senior Mandy Marboe was announced Friday as the winner of the 2013 Congressional Art Competition winner for her piece titled "Determination." Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., made the announcement in a release from his office. Marboe's piece will be displayed for the next year in the U.S. Capitol Building and she has been invited to attend a winners' reception in Washington, D.C., next month.
