Dickinson man in court for allegedly putting gun to woman's head and pulling trigger
HETTINGER -- A Dickinson man who allegedly put a gun to a woman's head in Hettinger last month was bound over for trial at the Adams County Courthouse today.
Kevin Gardner, 50, of Dickinson has been charged with four felonies, including a Class A felony for "putting a loaded pistol" to a Hettinger woman's head and "pulling the trigger" at her home last month, according to court documents and testimony.
Gardner allegedly said spirits must have been watching out for woman he allegedly tried to shoot.
The case was bound over for trial during a preliminary hearing Thursday and Gardner remains in custody on a $20,000 bond.
