Rep. Kevin Cramer recently invited President Barack Obama to visit North Dakota, only to be declined by the White House.

Based on the response the North Dakota Republican congressman said he has received from constituents, the president may want to wait until the administration solves the problems related to the rollout of the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as Obamacare.
