Fatal snowfall: Snowy conditions the culprit behind two accidents
Snow late Wednesday into Thursday in the Dickinson area caused slippery conditions, travel difficulties and injury accidents, including one that was fatal, officers said.
Arthur Meyer, the 21-year-old male passenger from Williston, was killed after a car collided with a semi on Highway 85 about 11 miles north of Bowman at about 8:30 Thursday morning, according to a press release.
