Feds allowing haying, grazing of conservation land
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota farmers and ranchers soon will be able to cut hay and graze cattle on land that's been set aside for conservation.
North Dakota federal farm Service Agency director Aaron Krauter says emergency haying and grazing has been approved on all Conservation Reserve Program land.
