Assisting are city employees Brad Stieg, left, and Chris Douthit, and Kadrmas, Lee and Jackson employee Allison Mann. The engineering firm is doing free-flow hydrant testing for the city. The purpose is to develop a water circulation model, with recommendations to improve the system for short-term and long-term growth planning.
