Hebron wind farm construction approved
BISMARCK — The North Dakota Public Service Commission unanimously approved permitting construction on a massive wind farm near Hebron on Monday.
The 110-megawatt Sunflower Wind project will include 59 wind turbines across 12,700 acres of private land. It will span south of Hebron, west of Glen Ullin and east of Richardton.
