Highway Patrol reassigns Killdeer trooper to Minot
Colonel James Prochniak, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, announced the reassignment of Trooper Donald S. Neumann in a press release Wednesday.
Effective Wednesday, Trooper Donald Neumann was reassigned from Killdeer in the Southwest Region to Minot with motor carrier operations. Trooper Neumann began his career with the Highway Patrol in January 2002 by attending the Highway Patrol Academy in Bismarck. Upon graduation, he was assigned to Killdeer as a trooper where he has served until his current reassignment to Minot, according to the release
Trooper Neumann holds a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of North Dakota, according to the release.
