Hoeven calls out Harry Reid in debate
WASHINGTON -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., decried U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid during an energy debate on Tuesday for stopping a vote on the Keystone XL pipeline project.
On Monday, Reid did not allow a vote on the controversial project after Senate Republicans blocked a bipartisan energy efficiency bill supported by the White House.
