Huber of Belfield appeals to ND Supreme Court
A Belfield man sentenced to 30 years in prison for the murder of the mother of his child is appealing the terms of his conviction.
In a document dated Jan. 30, Dirk J. Huber sent a notice of appeal to the North Dakota Supreme Court. The document was notarized by Jay Greenwood, Huber's attorney.
Earlier this month, Huber was sentenced in Southwest District Court for the August 2011 murder of Belfield resident Nicole Lynn Radebaugh. Stark County State's Attorney Tom Henning said Thursday that he couldn't comment on the notice of appeal.
