Lawmakers weigh potential oil pros, cons in SD
BUFFALO, S.D. (AP) -- Fifteen lawmakers are meeting in Buffalo, S.D., to hear concerns about potential oil development in northwestern South Dakota.
Republican Rep. Roger Solum of Watertown, S.D., said the lawmakers are there "just to listen."
