Load restrictions removed on highways in SW portion of ND
Effective 7 a.m. today, load restrictions will be removed on most highways south of and including ND Highway 200 and west of the Missouri River, a North Dakota Department of Transportation press release stated.
All other previously implemented restrictions will remain in effect.
Traditionally, seasonal load restrictions are first implemented in the southwestern portion of the state and continue north and east as the spring season progresses.
Restrictions are lifted when roadbeds have stabilized enough to carry normal traffic.
