Man pleads not guilty in sex trafficking case


BISMARCK — A Wisconsin man charged with transporting women to North Dakota and forcing them to engage in prostitution pleaded not guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court.

Levell Lee Durr, 31, pleaded not guilty to a federal charge of coercion and enticement, which alleges that he “knowingly persuaded, induced, enticed and coerced an individual to travel in interstate commerce to engage in prostitution.”
