NDHP to conduction alcohol saturation this weekend in Stark, Dunn counties
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is conduction alcohol saturations in Stark and Dunn counties Friday through Sunday. Troopers will be on patrol to detect and apprehend alcohol-impaired drivers.
On average about 50 percent of fatal crashes are alcohol-related, according to a Highway Patrol press release. Saturations are a major enforcement and public information effort aimed at reducing these alcohol-related crashes by deterring drinking and driving, and also apprehending impaired drivers.
