No.1-ranked Demons dominate Dickinson

BISMARCK — The No. 1-ranked girls basketball team in Class A fired up a little home cooking as it rolled to a win over Dickinson High on Thursday night and stayed unbeaten in the West Region.

Kylee Leingang had 16 points as Bismarck High defeated the Midgets 79-42.

Ashlee Hilzendeger had 10 points and six rebounds for the Demons (14-1, 12-0 West).

Lillie Meduna hit a pair of 3-pointers and led Dickinson (3-12, 1-11 West) with nine points and four assists.

The Midgets host Jamestown at 4 p.m. Saturday.
