Rollover kills two near Glen Ullin, one injured
A one-vehicle rollover on Interstate 94 near Glen Ullin killed two Sidney, Mont., residents and left one injured Tuesday, authorities said.
The accident occurred around 1:18 p.m., according to a North Dakota Highway Patrol press release. The 2005 Toyota Tundra was traveling westbound to Sidney, Mont., when the 36-year-old male driver lost control of the vehicle due to slippery road conditions. The vehicle entered the median and rolled over several times.
All three passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time and remained inside the vehicle. The driver and an 11-year-old female were killed in the crash. The other female, age 39, was transported to St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck where she was treated for injuries. The crash is under investigation.
Law enforcement did not release the names of those involved.
