Two-time world saddle bronc champion Cody Wright drove away from Dickinson on Friday night comfortably in the lead at the Roughrider Days Rodeo.

He didn't even get a chance to see Troy Crowser beat him.

Crowser's third ride was the charmed one during the rodeo's first performance.
