Sailer places third overall in sweepstakes competition at 2008 NDPC awards
GRAND FORKS - The Dickinson Press' lifestyle editor placed third overall in the sweepstakes competition of the 2008 North Dakota Professional Communicators awards that were here presented Saturday during the organization's annual conference.
Linda Sailer's seven first-place entries now automatically advance to the National Federation of Press Women competition with the results to be announced this fall in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Also collecting honors in the North Dakota awards competition is LoAnn Wegh of Dickinson, who has three entries advancing to the national federation competition.
