Slope Electric continues assessing storm damage and fixing power outages
NEW ENGLAND -- Slope Electric Cooperative continues to have approximately 250 members without power after a weekend winter storm dumped as much as 3 feet of heavy, wet snow on portions of southwest North Dakota, breaking power poles and lines, and disrupting electric service throughout its four-county service area.
