GRAND FORKS (AP) -- Two brothers from South Africa are suing a North Dakota-based custom-harvesting operation in federal court.

Peter and Andrew Murray say Altendorf Harvesting in Minto owes unpaid wages to them and dozens of other employees from other countries.

Altendorf's attorney, Robert Stock, tells the Grand Forks Herald that the company denies the allegations.

Mac Schneider, attorney for the brothers, says the amount of wages allegedly owed has not yet been determined.
