Stabbing suspect ordered to remain in Jamestown hospital

FARGO — A man accused of fatally stabbing his wife in 2012 was ordered Thursday to remain at the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown, where he’s receiving treatment for mental illness.

Henry Leo Deniger, 52, was found not guilty in April 2013 after a Cass County District Court judge said he couldn’t be held criminally responsible for his acts.
