JAMESTOWN — A brief lockdown at University of Jamestown was lifted after police took a student into custody.

Robert Flores was found in downtown Jamestown after police searched both on and off campus, said Scott Edinger, Jamestown police chief. Flores has been cooperating with police while in custody, Edinger said.

The lockdown was issued about 10:45 a.m. after Flores threatened specific students, Edinger said. No one was injured in the incident.
