Three injured in crash
Three men were injured when a Glendive, Mont., man allegedly fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into oncoming traffic Wednesday morning, according to a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The crash occurred north of Belfield on Highway 85.
Alan Hoiland, 46, was traveling south from the Killdeer area to Belfield when his vehicle drifted into the northbound lane. His vehicle struck a vehicle driven by John Lashmett, 42, of Lusk, Wyo.
Hoiland, Lashmett and Lashmett's passenger, Dusty Clark, 44, were all taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Dickinson.
