Tioga pipeline spill cleanup to top $11M: Land will be available for farming after cleared of oil, health department says
TIOGA — Cleaning up the more than 20,000 barrels of oil that leaked from a pipeline near here will take at least $11 million and up to two more years, but a health official says the process should allow the land to be farmed again.
