West Fargo man accused of window peeping near NDSU

FARGO — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man suspected of window peeping near North Dakota State University.

Heath Joel Johnson, 42, of West Fargo, was charged Tuesday in Cass County District Court with one count of criminal trespass, a Class C felony, and two counts of surreptitious intrusion, a Class A misdemeanor.

According to court documents, a Fargo woman told police she saw a stranger touching himself in her apartment hallway Nov. 7.
