World War II exhibit brings back memories
Dickinson North Dakota 1815 1st Street West 58602

Having recently become a resident of Dickinson, I am living with my daughter due to my wife’s death, I had the pleasure of attending the World War II exhibit at Dickinson High School. I was impressed.

I am a former Air Force crew member of a B-17 bomber and made 17 missions over France and Germany. My father was a combat veteran of World War I. I flew with the Eighth Air Force from 1942 to 1945.

The students did a fine job and their department was excellent. It brought back a lot of memories.

Jake Boomgaarden,

Dickinson
