Woman faces felony charges
A 26-year-old Dickinson woman has been released upon her personal recognizance after she was recently charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
DICKINSON - A 26-year-old Dickinson woman has been released upon her personal recognizance after she was recently charged with delivery of a controlled substance.
Marissa Soehren is required to be tested twice a week to determine whether she has used controlled substances.
According to the criminal complaint form filed with the court, Soehren allegedly delivered the controlled substance Suboxone, which is a Schedule III controlled substance, to another, unnamed person. This constitutes a Class A felony.
Her preliminary examination is scheduled for 2 p.m. on April 28, 2008.
Kevin McCabe is the court-appointed attorney representing Soehren.
