Man pleads not guilty to felony charges

A 22-year-old Dickinson man plead not guilty to the charge of allegedly delivering a controlled substance,

DICKINSON - A 22-year-old Dickinson man plead not guilty to the charge of allegedly delivering a controlled substance, Hydromorphone during his preliminary examination on Monday morning in Southwest District Court in Dickinson.

A pretrial hearing has yet to be schedule for Richie Szathmary.

Hydromorphone is a Schedule II prescription pain medication which has a brand name of Dilaudid.

On or about Dec. 19, 2007, Szathmary allegedly delivered approximately 15 tablets of Hydomorphone to a confidential informant for the price of $200. This constitutes a Class A felony.

Jay Greenwood is the court-appointed attorney representing Szathmary.
