Warrant is issued for Dickinson woman

A warrant is out for the arrest of a Dickinson woman, who faces the charge of allegedly delivering of a controlled substance.

DICKINSON - A warrant is out for the arrest of a Dickinson woman, who faces the charge of allegedly delivering of a controlled substance.

According to the criminal complaint filed with the court, on or about Feb. 22, 2008, Brandie Fulbright, 26, Dickinson, allegedly delivered the controlled substance Methadone to Pat Ober of Dickinson. This constitutes a Class A felony.

Although she has an active warrant, Fulbright has yet to be arrested.

Ober has been charged with alleged ingestion of a controlled substance, which is a Class A misdemeanor.
