Soehren’s pretrial conference is scheduled

The pretrial conference for Dickinson’s Marissa Soehren, 26, was scheduled for July 22 at her preliminary hearing which took place this past Monday.

DICKINSON - The pretrial conference for Dickinson’s Marissa Soehren, 26, was scheduled for July 22 at her preliminary hearing which took place this past Monday.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Dickinson’s Southwest District Court, Soehren is being charged with delivery of a controlled substance for allegedly delivering Suboxone, a Schedule III controlled substance, to an unnamed person, which is a Class A felony.

Stark County State’s Attorney Tom Henning said Soehren was arraigned, but waived the reading of her criminal rights at her preliminary hearing.

He added her jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 13.
