Three juveniles steal car, vandalize property

DICKINSON - Three juveniles have admitted to taking a car and using it Saturday to vandalize property north of Dickinson, states a release from the Stark County Sheriff’s Office.

The three suspects, ages 14 to 17, were brought to the Law Enforcement Center and their parents were called to retrieve them, according to the release. All three juveniles live in Dickinson, the sheriff’s office said.

The stolen car was parked at Century Apartments at 1121 21st St. in Dickinson, the sheriff’s office said.

The vehicle, which was damaged significantly, was recovered and returned to its owner, the release states.

The sheriff’s office would not elaborate on the nature of the vandalism because the incident remains under investigation.
