DICKINSON - Dickinson’s Richie Szathmary, 22, plead guilty to the charge of delivery of a controlled substance, Hydromorphone as part of a plea agreement at his pretrial conference this past Tuesday.

According to the criminal complaint filed with court, Szathmary allegedly delivered 15 tablets of Hydromorphone to a confidential informant for the price of $200 in December, 2007.

Stark County State’s Attorney Tom Henning said Szathmary was sentenced to three years with 18 months suspended for two years following his release from custody.

“We also disposed of an A misdemeanor case of consumption (of marijuana) pending against him pursuant to the plea agreement,” Henning said.

Szathmary’s mother, Bonnie Heidecker, 42, also was scheduled for a pretrial on Tuesday, but it has been continued.

“Because we hadn’t had opportunity to discuss it, it got carried over in the court cycle,” Henning said.

He added that the continuation will likely take place in about three weeks.

Heidecker also is being charged with delivery of a controlled substance, Hydromorphone.

According to her court file, Heidecker allegedly sold five tablets of the drug to a confidential informant for $100 in December, 2007.
