Soehren pleads guilty

Dickinson’s Marissa Lee Soehren, 27, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance at her pretrial conference on Tuesday. Stark County Assistant State’s Attorney Rhonda Ehlis said she was also sentenced during the hearing.

DICINSON - Dickinson’s Marissa Lee Soehren, 27, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance at her pretrial conference on Tuesday.

Stark County Assistant State’s Attorney Rhonda Ehlis said she was also sentenced during the hearing.

“The court entered an order deferring imposition of sentence for three years,” Ehlis said.

She added Soehren is to be placed on supervised probation during those three years.

“She has to pay the mandatory court fees of $1,000 and a victim-witness fee of $25,” Ehlis said.

According to the criminal complaint filed with in Dickinson’s Southwest District Court, Soehren delivered Suboxone, a Schedule III controlled substance, on or about February 22.

This constitutes a Class A Felony.
