Heidecker pleads guilty

Stark County Assistant State’s Attorney James Hope said the agreement was presented on Thursday, July 31.

He added that Heidecker was sentenced to five years jail, but the jail time was suspended.

She is to be on supervised probation for five years.

According to district court records, Heidecker delivered approximately five tablets of hydromorphone, a Schedule II controlled substance, to a confidential informant for a price of $100 on or about Dec. 18, 2007.

This constitutes a Class A felony.
