A Dickinson couple is once again in trouble and faces methamphetamine related charges after authorities found a discarded meth lab in their garbage.

Charges have been filed against Tracy and Sally Krueger after the discarded lab was found on Feb. 9. The lab had by-products from manufacturing meth, according to criminal complaints filed with the Stark County District Court.

The two are also charged with possession of meth paraphernalia, since tinfoil and smoking devices with meth residue on them were allegedly found in the garbage.

The two faced similar meth-related charges last year — 32-year-old Sally Krueger pleaded guilty to manufacturing meth and Tracy Krueger, 34, pleaded guilty to possessing paraphernalia containing meth residue in October.

Both are being held at that Southwest Multi County Correction Center on $10,000 bond.

Hearings for the two have not been set.
