Interstate back open

All no travel advisories are lifted as of 1 this afternoon.

All North Dakota no travel advisories are lifted as of 1 this afternoon. Interstate 94 from Jamestown to Fargo is also open, according to a press realase from the North Dakota Department of Transportation.

Roads were closed and advisories issued earlier due to blowing and drifting snow.
