DSU football team ranked No. 14 in spring poll
The Dickinson State football team is ranked No. 14 in the NAIA spring coaches’ poll, which was released Monday.

The Blue Hawks return several starters from last year’s team that finished 7-4 overall and won the Da-kota Athletic Conference champion-ship before falling to eventual national runner-up to Carroll College (Mont.) in the opening round of the playoffs.
DSU was ranked No. 13 in the 2008 postseason poll, its highest ranking of the season.
Defending national champion Uni-versity of Sioux Falls (S.D.) enters the summer ranked No. 1 while Carroll is second.
